Rates

Depending on the scope of work needed, rates may be by the hour or flat rate. Please contact us for a consultation and to receive specific information on our rates.

Policies & Regulations

  • To ensure quality of service, 48 hours notice is required prior to commencement of work.
  • Rates do not include expenses that may be incurred by MFLM on behalf of the Client. Such expenses will be reimbursed by the Client at the time of billing.
  • Minimum 1 hour of service. After the first hour, time is billed in 15 minute increments.
  • Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (excluding statutory holidays).
  • Emergency/requests made with less than 48 hours notice or outside of regular hours of operation may be subject to additional charges.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Additional charges may also apply for services that are conducted outside of the Greater Vancouver area.
